Johana Aguirre Guerrero
Johana is a Lawyer and has a Doctorate in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador and a LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from University of the Americas, Quito, Ecuador.
She also has two Specialization Certificates, the first one in Industrial Property and Competition Law from the Institute of Industrial Law (IDIUS) Santiago de Compostela, Spain University and the second one in Industrial Property Law at University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She has been chaired leading of the most important IP associations including the Ecuadorian Intellectual Property Association (AEPI), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and Ecuadorian Delegate of Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
