Omar Albán Cornejo

Omar is a lawyer and has a Doctorate in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador and a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad de las Américas - UDLA, Quito - Ecuador.

He is a member of the Pichincha Bar Association and is Vice President of the Ecuadorian Association of Intellectual Property.

He provides his professional services and is a shareholder in the Intellectual Property Law Firm Guerrero Propiedad Intelectual S.A. since 2000.

Since 2000, he was in charge of the Legal Department for ten years.

Among his strengths in the legal field are the handling of intellectual property, civil and labor matters.

 

Omar is a lawyer and has a Doctorate in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador and a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad de las Américas - UDLA, Quito - Ecuador.

He has participated as a trainer in several academic events and collaborated in the publication of books and other national publications.

He has been reviewed in the prestigious publication WTR 1000 for several consecutive years.
